From Charlotte/Gastonia: Travel HWY 321 and take exit #28 to 321 business south towards Lincolnton.  Travel 3.2 miles and turn left on Colonial Village Drive just past the North Gate shopping center.  The rental office is in perpendicular to 321  in front of the American flag.
